FY 2022/23 Gravity Sewer Improvements Project

Project Update - May 20, 2023

Work on the Wolfe Grade easement and Sir Francis Drake Blvd in Greenbrae is complete. Work on Santa Barbara Ave., Santa Cruz Ave., and Salinas Ave. is also complete. Work on Deer Hollow Road in Sleepy Hollow is almost complete, except for final paving. The contractor is now working on The Alameda and Caleta. Ave in San Anselmo.

As with any construction project, you can expect noise, dust, some traffic lane closures and detours, parking restrictions, travel delays, and in some cases night-time work near the work sites during construction activity. We work to ensure that mail and package delivery to construction areas is not interrupted and that local and emergency access is maintained at all times.
