Consolidation Information

This collection of documents contains information about the controversial proposals to consolidate Ross Valley Sanitary District with sewer agencies in Corte Madera and San Rafael. The collection includes a West Yost Associates Technical Memorandum that summarizes and compares the findings of past consolidation studies, consolidation withdrawal letters from Corte Madera and San Rafael, and a letter from Fairfax Town Council Member David Weinsoff to Ross Valley Sanitary District Board President Pat Guasco and Mr. Guasco's response.
