The District is governed by a five-member Board of Directors elected at large. Election of Directors is consolidated with the June Primary Election, with three and two Directors being elected in alternating, even numbered years. Directors are elected to serve four year terms. The District Board routinely meets each month, with special meetings called as necessary. Daily management is carried out by the General Manager who oversees the District's staff and reports directly to the board. View our Board of Directors.
