15 08/01/1922 It is hereby ordered, that the President and Secretary of the Sanitary Board of Sanitary District No.1 of Marin County, California, be and they are hereby authorized, in the name of and as the act of said Sanitary District, to make, execute and deliver an agreement bearing even date hereof, between the Northwestern Pacific Railroad company and said Sanitary District wherein the Railroad Company grants permission to said sanitary district to construct and maintain a trunk line sewer pipe upon and across the railroad right of way of the Northwestern Pacific Railroad Company, at the points specified in said agreement.  
14 Unknown It is hereby ordered and resolved that the sealed proposal or bid submitted June 2, 1922 by Harron and Hayes of San Francisco for the construction of the trunk and outfall sewer for Sanitary District No. 1 of Marin County, California, under Alternative "A", using vitrified clay pipe for 8". 10" and 12" sizes and ball and spigot concrete pipe for the remaining sizes, in response to the published advertisement of said district inviting such proposal be, and the same is hereby accepted and all other proposals rejected and the president of said board is hereby authorized and directed to enter into and execute a contract with said firm for and on behalf of said district at the prices specified in said bid.

Kennedy pursuant to orders of the board, be and the same are hereby approved and adopted as the official plans and specifications for doing said work and making said improvement.
